Blair is an Executive and Career Coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the PCC level and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). He has over 6,000+ hours of coaching experience supporting over 700 corporate workforce leaders and high-potential employees across some of the worlds largest companies, including Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Visa, AstraZeneca and more! He also brings a deep understanding of the HR world with experience as a Consultant, Director and Advisor supporting client groups of 400+ employees in both the public and private sectors.

Having worked in the trenches behind the scenes in HR and alongside global leaders as a Coach, Blair is passionate about sharing the secrets to leadership success with the broader public and believe you shouldn’t have to be a senior leader at a Fortune 500 company to get access to the best, you should have access to it because you want to be the best!
